Do you come to my home or office?

We want to make your repair experience stress free! Need your car to be picked up or dropped off? No problem, just give us a call!

Are your technicians certified and insured?

We are fully licensed and insured as well as I-CAR Gold Certified and ASE certified.

Is there a size limit to which dent can be repaired?

As long as the dent is on an original body panel, not a bumper, and within our size parameters, we will repair it.

How do you remove the dents?

Using specialized tools and techniques, we are able to access under the panels to repair.

How long does this process take?

Every dent is different. We will not know until we assess your damaged vehicle. Please come in to our shop for an estimate.

Does my insurance cover this?

Depending on the nature of the issue, many repairs are processed through Insurance claims.

What type of education and credentials does your staff have?

Our technicians are fully trained and certified. Dent Fixx employs only experienced technicians that work on all makes and models of vehicles. Do you offer rental cars?

We will collaborate with your insurance to provide you with a rental car while your vehicle is being repaired.

What type of equipment do you utilize to fix vehicles?

Our newly renovated facility has every tool and machine needed to get your vehicle back to factory standards. Using specialized tools and techniques, we are able to access under the panels to repair as well as frame straightening machines and bodywork tools to get the job done right.

Do you paint vehicles at your shop?

Yes. Our color matching system and new spray booth together with our certified technicians ensures a perfect paint job every time. We use 2 high quality Paint Lines. One is a Solvent based paint line and the other is a more environmentally friendly Water based paint line. Both result in a gorgeous finish for your vehicle.

What steps are performed at the completion of work on my vehicle?

All vehicles that we service here at Dent Fixx are our top priority. Before leaving our facility, we perform a final inspection. This is to insure that our certified technician has checked everything for fit, finish and perfection before being returned to you, our customer. We pride ourselves on Quality over Quantity and make sure things are done for you correctly the first time!
